It is a repro Sonderdienst wreath, with a more politically correct cockade in lieu of the S rune.

I have never seen an original Sonderdienst visor to this day, and doubt I ever will. They were a small organization in occupied Poland, and no doubt the hats/uniforms were destroyed.
Loose wreaths pop up now and then.

What color would the piping be?
If it's white, and had no insignia, and the center cap band was badge cloth green, how could you tell it from another 3rd Reich infantry visor?
