    It's a post-war, current-style Federal German Air Force [Bundesluftwaffe] enlisted ranks' service cap with an incorrect Army-pattern wreath. Sorry, only very little value.

    As already stated, it's an air force cap with army insignia. These can go for about $10 - $20

    I think they're pretty cool! They'll have their day.
