No, this one is a Franky. They used a contract lining from a LW Hoffmann to make this thing. Where is this one being sold?

What do you mean by a contract lining from a LW Hoffman?

The Firma Hoffmann made contract caps in a certain way, and made its extra caps, its high end caps, intended for a different market, in another way.
The contract cap was for issue to lower grades.

Needless to say, a cap for a flag officer was not a contract cap.

I have owned it since the early 1970s.
