Heer Mountain troops cap in Italian blend cloth

Any thoughts on this one for me? I've been looking for a M43 constructed of Italian material.

I'm not sure whether this gabardine material is of Italian origin or not. Great cap none the less. I use to own a similar one that had bleached almost white from the sun.
