    Doesn't look German to me!
More like Swiss or something as its the wrong shape.

The insignia looks like it could be good but the cap is most likely swiss and the cockade also looks like it is Luftwaffe

Looks more CZEK than Swiss doesn't it? Has the Czek postwar style but they were more in a brownish soviet style wool Insignia I don't know about looks ok to a extent. Could also be one of the Scandavian countries agree not German M-34. timothy

Might be worth it for the insignia if you can get it cheap enough.

It'd have to be really cheap, $15 top for the damaged eagle, maybe $25 for the cockade!...
It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

Thanks for everyone's reply! I believe I'll pass on this one, the same guy who owns this cap owns nothing but repros. And they are marked as repro. However this one was marked as "authentic". Certainly did feel and look real. To the untrained eye that is.
    Thanks again

You were right to pass on it.

Dan was on the right track, as I think it is Swedish.

    Cheers, Ade.
