How do these make you feel?

Thanks a ton, guys! this is what i had hoped for when i started this thread. What qualities in the generals visor are most suspect? I have attempted a half assed search for a few very good general officer visor pics that Mr. FB posted to try and compare. The most alarming aspect for me would have to be the look of the wool knap that this hat possesses. It doesnt look like an early heavy knap, but a newer finer wool. The thin paper like sweatband looks appropriate for a late war piece and the fine and concentric folds of the inside lining also look pleasing. What of these observations do you agree with and what is my inexperience?
