Need some opinions on the following cap please.

Could well be good. As the description on the site states though, its a private purchase piece, so you can't compare with the construction on an official naval issue cap. You can usually tell a genuine period naval issue within seconds as they generally follow a standardised format - large removable floppy brim, black lining, celluloid band stiffener etc.
With private purchase pieces it all becomes much trickier.
Could very well be OK, but personally I'd always wait for a regulation issue one.
