Interesting interior.
From these photographs, I like it. But more photos are needed, of course.
Its incredibly difficult to give a definite answer on originality from 3 photographs.

Hi
Pat is right, more pictures if possible please...... does it have a seam join on the back of the cap band ? If so it's post war...looking at the crown material is giving me doubts........
Hope that helps, for me the jury is out on this one.
Just an opinion so wait for others to chip in.
cheers
Tony
Hi Jamoros,
as already said to some other seekers for opinions: there is almost nothing that has not yet been discussed in this splendid forum, have a look here: Luftwaffe caps
(The same goes for me, too, BTW. There is so much information here that I have lost orientation myself. I should use the search function more often myself).
Perhaps stonemint will give you his opinion as he did to the person in the link.

Thank you very much indeed, by all means I appreciate your nice advise. I want to make sure that this cap is good, since the seller is asking for 1200 Euros, as said before, I will enclose more pictures once I get them from the seller, these will hopefully will give a much better insight to properly enable you to get an assessment, thanks again, best regards, Juan
A comment, if I may, regarding the asking price for this cap. 1200 euros seems high to me, in this market, where common items are languishing at " old" prices.
I believe that you could find an authentic LW officer's cap, in good condition, for less than 1000 euros. You may need to be patient, however.
Just my two pfennigs.

I agree with Bob in saying that the asking price for the cap is far too high.
In 2007 or so that price would have been expected, but now luftwaffe officer caps are not as expensive and desirable as they once were.
I am looking forward to additional photographs.

Good evening Juan,
cap seems O.K., insignia might have been reapplied - there are so many loose threads visible and the base of the eagle is fringed. Just checked the price - I seem to be a bit behind, 1.200,- seemed too much for me, but nowadays this seems to be an acceptable price for an original, even with a loose sweatband. (Glad to read BobS's and Patrick's posts who think 1,200.- is too much, too.)
Buenas noches, ErWeSa
Just found this: RBNr Militaria » OBJECT looks O.K. (ask the specialists) and the price is much better!
Finally buenas noches (got to work tomorrow), ErWeSa
