Need Help: NSDAP Political leader - Ortsgruppe cap

Value, as always depends on condition, I just got this same cap, named and in near mint condition for 900, I have seen them as high as 1300, the white piping(Kries leader) version is a higher rank and higher price then orts level, again it depends on condition. hope this helps.

It looks just like mine except mine has the veteran who brought it backs name written on the inside.I also have his 36th infantry uniform and picture also.I think you have a very nice NSDAP Visorcap.Congrats.Value around the $1200.00 range just to be safe with this economy? Anyone disagree?

A value of $1200 is close to double the actual selling price of the Ortsgruppen visor cap. They are quite common and would not command such a high price.

The most I ever saw an Orts visor go for was $1500, and that was in 2006, at the peak of the economy (and it was stone-mint, and no, I did not buy it).

The most i would pay for a nice Orts visor would be $500-600

I agree with the price estimate of 500-600 USD for Ortsgruppe. Also, agree the cap looks fine inside and out. The band is a bit rough, but still a nice cap. Nice find!

It's quite interesting to read this 2012 thread about Ortsgruppenführer Visors. The suggested "2012 -retail - price" was around 600 USD for an "average condition" NSDAP Ortsgruppenleiter Schirmmütze...

It would be interesting to see/ measure how that WW2 Militaria has changed during the last 5 years..

So now, in Trump-Year 2017..... what do you people consider the average price for such a cap now?
