A very nice example of a cap worn by NSKK units attached to the Heer such as Transportgruppe Todt and later Transport Gruppe Speer. I am attaching pictures of an other ranks cap such as yours with the more commonly found metal cap eagle. The officer cap, which has the cloth eagle sewn to the top as yours, are seen less than those with metal eagles. The officer cap was part of a complete uniform from Transportgruppe Todt.

Great caps. I thought the opening cap was good, but I wasent sure.
Thanks for sharing, Can I save the pics for reference?

Whoooo hyper rare caps...bravo all
Hello Pat yes you may........Bob how rare are these Visor's as I never came across this type ever, except now I have seen your officers?
Mario
Pat-
it is also fine with me.
Hi Mario-
NSKK visor caps are quite difficult to find. I have owned two of the other ranks with the metal eagle. The one with the cloth eagle on the top are far rarer. Attached are pictures of two others. An unidentified NSKK officer visor and a NSKK Transport Speer officer attached to the Luftwaffe.

Thanks for sharing Bob great collection.
I hate to be the proverbial "stick in the mud" , but I have had concerns about these Posen-maked visors for some time. Some of these were sold by Huesken.
Here is one:
“Show me the regulation, and I’ll show you the exception.”
This was an SS Panzer fake that was sold on Manions some time ago. Unfortunately, I lost the exterior pic. In any event, it is another one of these Posen visors:

“Show me the regulation, and I’ll show you the exception.”
This one does not have the Posen mark, but has the same cotton lining and construction, right down to the sharp ridge on the vulkanfiber visor:
“Show me the regulation, and I’ll show you the exception.”
