Officer's M36 Bergmutze for authentication

This one has got me baffled. I'm hoping it's a genuine M36 Bergmutze. Thanks in advance for your input.

Janke made fake. It has their typical wool and cotton lining.

Thanks, Ade, for your response. Some of the fakes in my collection surprise me and some don't. This one was a surprise. But, it's a good lesson! Next time I'll know better.

Lack of re-inforcement bias under the turn up flap etc....

A true Bergmutze would actually have an air vent, sweatband, etc.
