My gut feeling is - Nope.... I would pass if it was me....

Do not like it either. Lack of details on the Eagle and the cockade, also the sewing is not done as it s supposed to be following a perfect zig zag pattern, as they were made with machines. Overall, the quality of the cloth of the liner and the "wool" seems to be very poor. Would not like this one in my collection

Of course looking at it through a phone gives different vibes, and I should have looked more closely before commenting The title even says "officers" which this is clearly not, plus the other things that have been mentioned. I would still like to see the grommets though
