Please check out my Panzer sidecap. I checked with blacklight and it seems ok. I was told that the soutache can glow orange and be ok but this does not glow.
What are your thoughts?

Please check out my Panzer sidecap. I checked with blacklight and it seems ok. I was told that the soutache can glow orange and be ok but this does not glow.
What are your thoughts?
I do not really study the construction of these caps and I may be wrong but I am not liking the looks of those eyelets.
