Polizei bergmutze? Opinnions
What is this cap suppose to be? Schutzpolizei bergmutze? It has this bluish-green color, not grey-green. No sign of edelweis ever sewn in it. Does it have wrong insignia? Short peak is mush, cardboard likely destroyed by washing machine wash.
Should i treat this cap as heer or polizei bergmutze? Your opinions please on the matter.
That's a Heer insignia, it looks nothing like a Polizei item. I can't say if it's legit though as i know little about cloth items!..

Yes, Heer insignia. But I was thinking it has wrong insignia and suppose to have same polize insignia.
It has had something put through forehead as there is hole behind T-shaped eagle. Possibly metal kokarde as in pic.
