question on bullion wreath and chin strap ?

Article about: Hi All !! Picked these up at the local Flea Market and had a question about the wreath . Any one have an idea what cap it could be to ? I am sure the chin cord is RFV , but I could be wrong

    Wrong shape and wrong color green for Customs.

    Customs is a more square wreath, and as mentioned the cords is a different color. I believe the wreath and cord are actually west german

    The interior of the cord knots, is the construction metal or plastic?

    Thank you all for your replies and comments !! The chin strap knots are metal on the inside .

    Metal knots indicate wartime manufacture if I'm not mistaken

    The wreath is not TR, and does not fit any BRD pattern I am aware of.

    The green flecking should not be obscured by bullion.

    Metal knots were also used postwar. The set is postwar at best, and a repro at worst.
