Real or fake field cap?

Hello I am still very new to collecting and this forum. I wasn't really interested in collecting caps, but this one came my way and I couldn't resist checking it out. This is the only pic I have right now, what are your first impressions?

I wont even voice my opinion if this cap is real or not you should wait for some one with more knowledge but I will give you a few tips take lots of clear close up pictures of any thing you post inside and out and at every angle so that the members have the most information that you can give them so that they may assist you in identifing this cap or any other item that you may post.

I agree with Mark on the pics but it does not stand much of a chance to me and I'm no pro on these either but this just looks bad IMO.

From the pic everything looks wrong, I'm afraid. I'm interested to see the inside though, the markings there tell alot.
