This was on Ebay recently--went for EUR 456.88 Approximately US $497.93.

Not a one-looker, and appears to never have had an RZM tag.
Gruppe color was added, but when?

I do not have a clue as to the maker mark.

A good but definite fake. The wool gruppe color material is wrong and the trim of it is quite poor.

Is it possible that was a early construction and not fully "Mastered" ?? As far as RZM control ?? G

This is an early cap with the gruppe color added when it was authorized. I still think it is a good fake but in hand my change my mind.

What a joke. Any doctor in the SA would hold an officer rank and this certainly is not an officer kepi. It seems some games have been played with it since it first appeared.
