hi john does the eagle on this seem to have some other material arond the edges of it as if its been removed from something else? or am i seeing things

But insignia looks good, if it's a fake, this would be a great fake. The cap is bad for sure...

Is there a market for something like this ? Provided it's sold as a copy what would be the value USD if any ? I might just have to cull the herd and start looking for more stuff.
