SS NCO visor ex-Heer???

Came across this NCO-visor. Some opinions say it could have been an ex-heer visor that's been transformed with SS insignias.
Like to have opinions on this one cause it's priced very reasonably. Sellers provided me with a load of pictures. Thx.

I don't feel confident enough with my own knowledge in this area to express my views or purchase it on that alone, therefore I'd want to hear from Ben, FB, and a few others prior to moving forward with any kind of payment. I will say all the parts appear original, and I completely understand why some feel it's possible that this is a heer visor with some ss parts added as well; good luck, and sorry I can't be more of assistance.

The question I find myself asking is did Heinrick Kühner produce ss visors?

that is the exact same question I asked myself.
But, someone else told me it could have been a private purchase.
Anyway, Carlsson allready told me the insignias are genuine.

I'm looking forwarth to hear the opinions from the others listed above.

I would say a re-banded WH visor. Note the wrinkles to the band, and the excess material:
