SS Nco visor hat 1938

Thanks you for all your knowledge. I studied all the information on SS visor caps on this forum and it was why the reason i think knew what i was bidding on and nobody else did.I think i bought a SS Nco visor cap 1938 that was all original and untouched, that is until i sewed the visor back on.I hope that's ok but how can that hurt it's value when i would it never sell it. Thanks again and let me know if i learned anything.
