Looks like some type of post war cap with poorly reapplied insignia. I don't know enough about the insignia to say if they are authentic but you will get more opinions.

I dont like them. The droopy eye on the skull & the skinny chest + odd head shape on the cap eagle look odd. Could be the poor quality photos but I could be wrong.
