Swiss or german/austrian visor cap?

The Stadtwappen of Wien, as Wolfgang will tell you, bears a certain resemblance to the Swiss flag, but only very slight.

It is told what about this cap is by ErWeSa.
Litto was quite and old headgear manufacturer from Vienna in Austria.
They made caps for the SS in the early 1930's anyway.

from the moment it says WIEN, it must be Austria, as Vienna is the Capital City of Österreich.
And its NOT a swiss flag even thou it does keep some resemblance. But the swiss cross does not extend thru the whole red field.. Look at some swiss flag and you´ll see what i mean..
