I'm hunting an M43 cap to compliment my M44 uniform and came across this. Does it have a chance of being authentic?

The wool looks too fluffy , and the buttons look East German to me . Thats just my thoughts

Bearing in mind what was posted above by CBH, I think in future you would be better to post more than just one pic if you want an opinion of any value, though in this case one appears to have been sufficient.

If it had potential, I was going to post more. But looks like there's no need to bother (for some reason I cannot upload photos directly to the forum, but have to upload into photobucket first).
