    Thanks Jerry I found his RBN list in fieldgear and 0250 shows Berlin. I hope he weighs in as I don't know if this is correct for headgear. timothy

    Hi Timothy, the "0390" part of the number is the area code and is for Dresden. The next part of the number is for the actual makers code, which sadly is unknown to me.
