Looks like the piping was white, and was sloppily colored pink. When you change a color, it might come off if done with a marker, like this. one can clearly see where it goes of the white piping and onto the grey.

The eagle is for the sleeve IMO. I cannot comment on originality.
The skull surely looks fake and the cap is a one looker fake. Even the paper with the name and unit looks funny.
