Wehrmacht elite panzer feldmutze ???

Hello guys

I got this headgear from ebay , but im not sure if it is authentic ww2 .

The mark in the inside really looks suspicious.

But could let it go becaused it was so cheap. Becaused you never know with these things when youre not a pro in recognizing original ^^

So thats where i can use youre help

Its sold as a Elite panzer feldmutze .... (yeah right

Either a fake or a pimped post war cap. They never glued the eagle on the side, it would have been sewn and they never had a stamped totenkopf on the inside.

The silhouette on the side of the cap is that of a flat back metal eagle IMO. Eagles were always sewn on clot, therefore you shouldn't be able to see its silhouette, unless it was a cutout eagle
