first pattern Heer signals cap

Thought I'd share this one for discussion and general interest.

A first pattern TR/Reichswehr signals cap. It has first pattern eagle/wreath to make it a "transitional" as it's known in the collecting world.

It's a private purchase cap.

An unusual cap in respect that it has a brown cap band, instead of field grey badge cloth, to match the piping.

Comments welcome as are any postings of reichswehr caps.

That is one rare piping, Tony, but I don't need to tell you that! Fantastic piece. I agree, I would like to see more Weimar and transitional caps on the forum.
