ATS or WRAC?

Is this hat ATS, WRAC or postwar something in between?
Ignoring the cap badge the brim and cloth neck strap points to 1st pattern ATS, the rest looks like 2nd pattern.

Good original 1st pattern ATS but updated with the WRAC cap badge. This was not unknown. Lez has two in her collection.

What I find unusual is the rows of stitching on the brim did not include the head band like other 1st pattern ones.

Yes, I noticed that too. Being tailor made these things sometimes deviate a bit from the norm.
