You must provide a CLEAR closeup of the front and back to get any responses. No one could identify that blurry image.

Like SteveR said, you must post a clear picture. With that said from what can be seen it appears to be a mid 60's or later shoulder crest of the US Army. A clear pic will get you an answer, can't make it out with the pic, just too blurry. John
