need help with this cap

Hello !
I found this cap in a yard sale and i tried to research it on the net with what was written inside and beside the date and it's probably from the Netherlands 1974 i know nothing more . i was wondering if it's Army or Police or simply security for a business only . Does anyone has ever seen one like that ?

I believe I wore the same cap badge on my SD cap when I did national service back in the nineties, definately Dutch. I believe the side buttons are for the Koninklijke Marechaussee (Royal Military Police).
