Maker is well known. The cap colour with black peak and brass side buttons looks strange to me.

The buttons are Royal Navy (King's crown which makes them pre 1953) although how they ended up as side buttons is strange, as the UK used black flat cotton covered buttons on peak caps. Although some Common Wealth caps used brass / motif side buttons. Although the cap colour is strange for a Navy cap, unless post ww2 RCN had a summer dress cap, Maybe someone knows?
