    Nice early prewar Artillery Garrison cap,very unique find in my opinion Nuno as this date feb/41 is when they were finalized.blue piping infantry-red-artillery-yellow-cavalry.congrats and thanks for sharing.....Jake.

    Aside from the One avaricious moth chomp(apparently it didn't taste good!) this is one nice cap! A tad on the small size, but I like the owners name being in it. I wonder whatever happened to Private H.D. "Little Head" Johnson-did he survive the war, or is that why his cap was still in Europe all these years later? Interesting!

    Hi William, it is a nice cap.
    I like it a lot.

    Its one of those ebay finds that dont happen often.
    It was on sale for 6 euros, buy now.
    I had to have it, i would love to find out more about the original owner.
    Mo is very funny, isnt he???? However he may be right.
    "Johnson" is a common name and turning out to be very difficult to discover more.
