Article about: Hi all, I have just spotted Eric's thread on US visors so have decided to run a compementary thread on the same subject. I am of the opinion that US visors are a bit of an after thought here

2. JO with white vinyl cover by BANCROFT 50 YEARS and un named.
3. JO with white cover by SOCIETY BRAND HEADWEAR and un named.
4. JO with tan cloth cover by BANCROFT (Zephyr) and un named.
5. SO with white cloth cover by BANCROFT (Zephyr) and un named.
6. SO with Tan cloth cover by BANCROFT 50 YEARS (Pak Cap) and un named.
7. FO with white cloth cover by BANCROFT 90 YEARS (Pak Cap) and un named.

1. A private purchase "all ranks" item for wear by an officer in this case, by MILES.
The caps are:
2. Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) of the US N with white cover without manufacturer's detail and un named.
3. JO with tan cover possibly US Army Engineering Corps Floating Plant?? By NAVAL UNIFORM SERVICE with initials. US N buttons.
4. JO with blue cover possibly US Army Transport Service?? By ACADAMY BRAND and un named. US N buttons.
5. JO with white cover US Sea Scouts by BANCROFT 50 YEARS (Pak cap) and un named. Scouting buttons.
6. Ditto with tan cover.
7. JO with blue cover US Merchant Marine by LORDES?? with initials. US N buttons.
8. SO with blue cover US Merchant Marine by NAVAL UNIFORM SERVICE and named. US N buttons.
Any comments on these caps would be appeciated.

2. Ditto with Tan Cover by WENDER AND GOLDSTEIN INC and un named.
3. Not too sure, possible Oceanographic Survey? JO with white cover by ACADEMY BRAND and named to a CEM?? 21 Spec Batt??
4. Not too sure, possible Army Transport Service? PO?? with white cover by ALCO BRAND and un named.
5. JO Merchant Marine with white cover. Un named and no manufacturer's details.
