    Very good collection of caps Bob, very nice. As you have probably noticed, I have a few from this period and a little bit later. All yours look to be good WWII examples, those with the green to the underside of the peak might be interwars or early war, whilst those with the cloth under the peaks tend to be mid war ish or possible early post war.


    The KRRC and the Welch Guards are very nice and the WG in particular I would gladly add to my collection, though I would happily have any of them.

    Nice grouping and that Irish Guards forage cap is especially nice. The Welsh Guards cap looks to be postwar, what is the maker?
