Can anyone give me some informations about these two caps?

Definitely not British caps; the chinstraps actually look Romanian to me, and the badges are definitely not the originals, but poorly sewn add-ons.
Could both be originally Romanian army caps, of the Cold War era. There should be correct examples on sale at Ebay, for example.
