USAAF Chocolate Brown EM Service Cap

Here is one of the Service Caps my son picked up a year or two ago. I've recently started looking into uniforms etc, to go with this cap but have run in to a bit of a wall trying to identify it exactly. Could it go with one of the "Transitional" uniforms or am I just missing the obvious?

Hi Russ, this is a standard US Army enlisted man cap. It could be worn by members of the USAAF/USAAC but it is not specific to them.

It is a nice original cap and having the rain cover is a bonus.
