WW2 US enlisted mans visor cap: real or fake?

Article about: by nkumburis If you look at the 4th picture on the back of the eagle theres a screw attached to it a little odd? Almost all US cap insignia have scew-back posts. Not 'odd' - perfectly normal

Ok im sorry but i dont think you know what i mean by "screw" theres a ACTUAL screw like the thing you put in the wall attached to the eagle if you look at picture 4 where the two meet you can see it

Hi Nick, this is normal. The backing plate screws onto this to secure it to the cap.

No its not that a screw is something you use for like to secure Sheetrock on the wall or attach a door hinge to a door! if you look at picture 4 you can see that theres a actual screw attached to the eagle - Nick k
