Yes Adrian, this is a nice cap, I bought a very rare Pre war Medical cap with off insignia added in period, I will post one day !

As a footnote, my father was stationed at Wunsdorf, not as a german you understand !, but as a national serviceman in the RAF Regiment back in 1950/2. After the war it became RAF Wunsdorf, sometime in the 80's it reverted back to german control, and resumed as a Luftwaffe base. I visited the base with my father in the early 90's, when he returned to the area on a nostalgia trip.
