Hi, and welcome to the forum!

Sorry but in my opinion the cap is a fake and newly made. It even has a long loose thread on the front. The wool used on original caps does not look like this.

the two things that bothered me was the color of the wool,and oddly enough,...the loose thread,,,also i didnt like the interior markings but the first two were the most noticeable to me,,,
