Early Political leader visor cap

Thought I would post this early political leader visor I won today in an auction. About what time period would this style be worn?

The cap has one of he early white colored RZM tags under the liner band.

Wim Saris will tell you, but I wager the cap itself (not the velvet band..) is circa 1934. I have no idea how long it was worn.
Obsolete models were worn well after newer models were introduced.

I assume the RZM tag is like this, which is, I believe, the earliest of its species, ca. 1934.

SS peaked caps of an early date had the same ventilation feature as kepis and this PL cap.
