Might be my monitor but might the piping colour be TSD rather than transport, looks kinda darker blue than the normal transport blue........nice cap either way.

Thanks for posts, What do you mean with TSD?

TSD is for Truppen sonder dienst .... a branch of service instituted in 1944, they were administration troops and the colour for them was a middle blue between transport and medical blue in colour.

Looking at the pics again I reckon transport is now more likely.
