-Is there anyone able to put a year on this visor? the lower peak and the tricot made me think it is early wartime?
-is the sewing of the wreath through the lining (factory) Original?

vb--I would say 1943. I doubt the bullion insignia is factory-installed--many officers replaced the metal insignia after purchase. All in all, it looks like a nice hat.

That does look like a nice cap. Clean but has some great character. Shame it doesn't still have the eagle.
