    Hello.. Can anybody tell me who the makers of these Aluminum Parade Helmets where... and Wich where the Makares Markings, Tgis to ID them correctly and diferenciate from Fake ones..

    Surprising to see a private wearing one of these, unless he had a lot of spending cash. Usually seen on officers heads during parades. I would think they would have been somewhat expensive

    Could be a Photographer Studio Prop, for that Action Look.

    It probably is a studio prop. I am not sure, but I think these were only private issued & sold to officers. I don't recall seeing an enlisted man wearing one. When & where would he wear it other than for a studio portrait ?
