    The jackets are one of several minor variants worn by Luftwaffenhelfer [Air Force Auxiliaries], or as they were commonly referred to, Flakhelfer [Flak Auxiliaries].

    As said above, the buckles are from the Luftschutz.

    I wonder if all four men have had their hands tied behind their backs? The dust on the backs of the two panzer men suggests that they may have had to lie face down on the ground shown in the background. I wonder what happened to them next? Presumably a scene from the Eastern front, going on the building behind and the figure in front of it.
