Hat is a genuine Erel. Sweatband may be re-attached.
The name tag is to an enlisted man, while the cap has officer cords--when the cords were added, who knows.....

Hi, I am not sure but the way the Adler is "hanging" I suspect one of the prongs may have broken off. I think I can also just see the hole where it went through just above the (nearest in the image) wing. Leon.
I thought the bird was sitting a little off, wasn't sure if it was just me though. Thanks everyone for the input. With all things considered I think I will pass on this one then. Thanks again guys.
