I actually own a Mueller Muenchen army general staff officer cap with a leather peak and silver Gehirnbremse, but I have gotten rid of my camera and vowed no longer to photograph my collection. You will have to take my word for it, though.

Happy hats and congratulations on your nice army hat. I rather like infantry hats, actually.

Fantastic!!!! Great to see the street, I don't like cars much! other than my Jeep! Thanks again!
    Looks bloody cold there too!!!
Munich can be very cold, indeed. This image put me in mind of the transition before spring takes hold, but I am not sure.
Dachauerstrasse is quite long and leads past the Hauptbahnhof, I think. I spent a lot of time in Muenchen in 2009, but had no chance to see hats stores other than Breiter, which is going strong....but without any hats of interest to us people.

But then again, in my defence I think I was in sensory overload going into your war room Rene, there is only so much a bloke can take!!!! didn't know where to look first!

Makes my modest collection pale into insignificance!
