Infanterie officer visor cap - Peküro for opinions

Hello everyone!

I'm really considering this infantry officers visor. I'm looking for one that has not been repaired or altered, but is a 100% textbook example in pretty minty condition. Does this look like a good match? Thank you all!

Looks good to me, but best wait for others as it has been a while since I brushed up.

The interior of this cap matches the one in Gary Wilkins book on Page 35 with the same sweatshield as well as the felt liner around the sweatband. This one has a much less common green oxide color on the underside of the visor(page 48). Hard to tell from the pictures but does the sweatband also have a similar greenish tint to it?

To my eyes, the sweatband looks to be a shade of beige that shows a nice bit of use.

Yeah, I saw there was some of that. It's not looking like it's going through the material though, appears localized to the top, and still seems to have a fairly minty presentation.

Looks like this one is going to slip through my fingers too.

The seller doesn't take Paypal, and when I've looked into transfers at my bank they are very expensive. Can't seem to close a deal on a visor. Could look into some online services like Western Union I guess, but I hate not having the buyer protection...might just need to let it go.
