I'm no expert on these at all, but isn't the second cap Artillery rather than Panzer???

I think its just the camera, this happens a lot ..in person a Panzer really stands out..with the photos paul9541, try and get them a little clearer, sometimes even phones these days take great pics..btw both hats look goodby big ned

They both appear to be original contract caps from these photos.
Are there any markings on the reverse of the sweatband?

Hi thanks for the messages yes they have date stamps 1939 on the sweatbands i'm away from my collection at the moment so can't give accurate details of the stamps. I was fairly confident of there originality just thought would post them on the forum etc
