    A bit salty but priced cheaply, so i can't complain.
    What kind of eagle should i add? The metallic one or a silver bullion sewn on type?

    "IX" is the size (59). The "21" is a bench stamp commonly seen on Erels. IMO, they simply reflect the # of the person who finished the hat.
