Flight helmet by BXO (Berlin telephone Company) summer weight flight helmet it has been modified from one with radio gear. Goggles are unmarked. timothy

Nice early summer lid and looks very nice

Timothy...........goggles appear to be model 306 flying goggles,if you look on the metal frame that is attached to face cushion you may see makers mark,as in the photo's from Mick Prodgers book..Vintage Flying Helmets....OW IS O.W. WAGENER................G.V. is George Vogler.............Hope this helps....................Dave H

Thanks SA Dolch your knowledge on these is great I will look now that I know where to look. I have another pair all I have is the Anders Skothe book on Luft flight headgear I have another pair marked DRGM that there is a pair in his book like them. I will post them first chance I get.
